The Staff menu branch (when entitled) extends operations into dedicated staff-module pages, while Team remains the cross-over bridge between lightweight membership and full staff lifecycle. In normal use, providers start in Team for user onboarding and cleanup, then move into staff-module pages for deeper organization workflows.
