The Staff menu branch (when staff module is enabled) includes Documents as part of dedicated staff-module pages, while Team remains the cross-over bridge between lightweight membership and full staff lifecycle.

1. Use Documents from the entitled Staff branch.
2. Run staff-module document workflows as part of deeper organization operations.
3. Keep usage aligned with staff module entitlement and role-policy behavior.
